Globdigi (“Globdigi”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit globdigi.com (the “Website”) or use our services, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form details: your name, email address, phone number and any message you send us.
  • Information you share when you call us, email us or message us on WhatsApp, such as your business name, website and marketing goals.
  • Information needed to deliver our services, such as access to advertising, analytics or website accounts that you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages and the website that referred you.
  • Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes, proposals and consultations.
  • To deliver, manage and improve the services you engage us for.
  • To send you service-related communication, and, where you have agreed, information about our services.
  • To understand how visitors use the Website and improve its content and performance.
  • To measure and improve our own advertising campaigns.
  • To protect the Website against spam, fraud and security threats, and to meet our legal obligations.

We process your information based on your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, to meet legal obligations, or for our legitimate business interests where these are not overridden by your rights.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics and communication tools (for example WhatsApp). They may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms such as Google and Meta, through the tools described in Section 4.
  • Legal reasons, when required by law, court order or government request, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
  • Business changes, such as a merger or acquisition, in which case your information would remain protected by this policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it. We use Google Tag Manager to manage these tools, which may include analytics and advertising tags from providers such as Google and Meta. These tools may collect information about your visit to measure traffic and the performance of our advertising.

The Website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, and avatars shown with comments may be provided by Gravatar. These services may receive your IP address when they deliver content to your browser.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage Google advertising preferences at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Website work.

5. Client Account Data

When clients give us access to their advertising, analytics, CRM or website accounts, we use that access only to deliver the agreed services, keep it confidential, and stop using it when the engagement ends or access is removed.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are normally deleted within 24 months.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, website security monitoring and restricted access to personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors from the UK or EU, the GDPR, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Ask us to delete your information.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that has already taken place.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.
  • Raise a complaint with us or with the relevant data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info.globdigi@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. International Transfers

We work with clients in India, the US, the UK and Australia, and some of our service providers store data outside your country. When information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.
