These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of globdigi.com (the “Website”) and the services provided by Globdigi (“Globdigi”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. Our Services

Globdigi provides digital marketing and technology services, including paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads), search engine optimisation (SEO), e-commerce marketing, marketing automation, website development and app development. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in a written proposal, quotation or agreement shared with you (“Proposal”). If a Proposal conflicts with these Terms, the Proposal takes priority.

2. Use of the Website

  • You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its security or operation.
  • Information on the Website is provided for general information only and may change without notice.
  • Any information you submit through our forms must be accurate and must not infringe the rights of others.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to accounts, assets, approvals and information we reasonably need to deliver the services.
  • Ensure that all content, products and claims you ask us to promote are lawful and that you hold the rights to any materials you supply.
  • Comply with the policies of advertising platforms (such as Google, Meta and Microsoft) that apply to your business.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are as stated in the Proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, service fees are payable in advance.
  • Advertising spend (media budget) is paid directly to the advertising platforms, or reimbursed to us, and is separate from our service fees.
  • Applicable taxes (including GST) are charged in addition to quoted fees.
  • We may pause work if payments are overdue.

5. Results Disclaimer

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms and the client’s own website, offer and sales process. While we work to achieve the goals agreed with you, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales or return on ad spend.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms and tools (for example Google, Meta, Microsoft, WhatsApp and hosting providers). We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes, account suspensions or decisions made by those platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Globdigi unless stated otherwise and may not be copied without our written permission. Ownership of deliverables created for a client passes to the client once the related fees are paid in full, unless the Proposal states otherwise. We may retain and reuse our general know-how, tools, templates and methods.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information received from the other and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

9. Term and Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the Proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for work already performed remain payable. Refunds, where applicable, are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globdigi is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the service fees you paid us for the relevant service in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

11. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
